The LyncRMS Encryption module enables organizations to encrypt selected files copied to removable media devices.
Utilizing AES128 or 256 bit encryption, LyncRMS enables administrators to enforce encryption of data copied from the network.

LyncRMS enables network security adminstrators to:

  • Enforce encryption on selected file types and users. For example, non-sensitive file types including jpegs and mpegs can be excluded from encryption
  • With the correct password, any PC can access the encrypted files providing a secure, yet flexible solution.

LyncRMS has a standard suite of real-time reports. Reports are displayed in a graphical manner, but by simply right clicking on a section of the graphs, you can drill down into the detail of the report.
