Granular Control
Allow or deny access to approved devices, users or groups. Complete access control addressing USB and Firewire drives, MP3 players, iPods, smartphones, SD cards, CDs/DVDs, Bluetooth devices and floppy drives
Protect Data
Enforce encryption of sensitive data transfers to removable media, while allowing benign file types such as MP3 to be transferred unencrypted
Content Aware
Apply policies based on content. Block sensitive data such as customer records, social security or credit card numbers
Educate Users
Notify users of files containing sensitive content, thereby reducing the risk of inadvertant disclosure
Discovery
Locate, move or protect and notify administrators of sensitive content located on laptops, desktops and servers
Provide Endpoint Visibility
Detailed auditing of device, file and sensitive content activity. Provides shadow copies of files transferred to devices. Option to operate in silent mode so it is not visible to the end user, or a tray table icon can be displayed to inform an end user the agent is running.
